To complement our asset management services, Allegiant Properties provides a complete array of commercial real estate advisory and consulting services to both private and institutional clients. These services include financial analysis/underwriting; project, property, and construction management; leasing, tenant representation and acquisition/disposition investment brokerage.

In circumstances where we are acting in an asset management, receivership or ownership capacity, we coordinate with and direct any third party brokers, as follows:

Make recommendations and assist in the selection of brokers

Provide selected brokers with strategies to position the asset(s) for sale

Interact with prospective investors and purchasers

Coordinate preparation of Purchase/Sale Documents

Assist clients directly or indirectly with the negotiation process

In addition to the above traditional services, Allegiant has an in-house design professional with significant commercial experience.  Design services include, finish specifications, tenant/building interior space planning, lighting plans and art consultation.
